Additives for brewing, supplementing the magnesium in brewing water, as a nutrient source during fermentation, improving fermentation capacity; improving the flavor of synthetic sake (0.002%); adjusting the hardness of water. Magnesium sulfate should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse to prevent rain and moisture, and should be stacked separately from toxic materials.
